The navigation menu on our website allows users to explore available resources for the selected databases. The database specific pages provide the user with a list of available case collections from the courts desired, for example, Malawi High Court, Malawi Industrial Relations Court.

Navigation for Case Law or Legislation

From the home page, begin mousing over your selected subject area, for example, case law, and legislation. This will bring up a menu allowing the user to select for example a court’s case law collection, i.e. Malawi Supreme Court of Appeal, Malawi Industrial Relations Court etc. The link will also provide the start date of the collection.

Once you have followed the links to the page of the particular collection, the user will see alphabetical and chronological lists where you can also browse available documents and select a specific document you may be looking for.
