About Malawi Legal Information Institute

The Malawi Legal Information Institute is an internet based source of public legal information relating to Malawi. The Malawi Legal Information Institute has been established with the aim of providing accessibility to judgments from the Malawi Supreme Court of Appeal, The High Court, the Industrial Relations Court and other bodies of a judicial nature. We will also make available to the public both consolidated and numbered Laws of Malawi and subsidiary legislation.

As Malawilii develops further, it shall publish decisions of the Ombudsman, The Malawi Competition and Fair Trading Commission and other related bodies. All this will be done with the principal intention of promoting and supporting access to justice and the rule of law.
